SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our packages out via USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping within the Unites States will cost $12. Express Shipment within the United States is $65. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days of receiving payment. However, due to COVID-19 we are experiencing the heaviest delays and each customer will be notified of these delays with any order processed. Please ensure your email on file is correctly updated as this is our form of communication.

 

SHIPPING ORDER: Beauty Luxe Hair values our customers and we ship in the order in which received, unless a special shipping preference has been selected. Orders are shipped in bulk at once as we received over 200 orders per day. Shipments take place in groups and in bulk. Message us at anytime to find the next shipping date, if not posted or emailed.

 

PROCESSING TIMES ARE NOTED 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. BUSINESS DAYS ARE NOT WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, THEY CAN AND WILL BE EXTENDED IF NEEDED, MEANING THEY CAN GO OVER THE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF ORDERS, SALES, HOLIDAYS, PANDEMIC AND DELAYS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE SURE OF YOUR ORDER AS WE CAN ONLY CANCEL FOR FULL STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS

 

EXPRESS SHIPMENTS

Express shipments are processed by 5 pm. Once an express shipment is placed please contact Upper Echelon Luxe Beauty to verify we have received your request.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Beauty Luxe Hair is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY:

NO CASH/CARD REFUNDS. EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, un altered, unworn, undamaged and all tags ,bags and packaging must be included.

If you want to exchange an item you will need to call or text our customer service number.

 

We will not accept any merchandise that has been used, altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).

 

IMPORTANT: Cancellations are refunded via store credit on your online account with us. Upper Echelon Lux Beauty does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

 

With limited exceptions, we do provide prepaid return labels.

 

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

 

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, intact, and have original tags attached.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not sent, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must gave an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit via your online account with us
  • We are not liable for any return packages that become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

RETURN-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns/ refunds from customers at any time due to:

 

  • An irregular or excessive returns history
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, washed, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

 

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

NON- UELB HAIR item(s) sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

 

Items meeting the above conditions may be retuned within 7 days of the receipt for an exchange.

 

RETURNING BY MAIL

 

For U.S Domestic customers, we recommend that you return using USPS.com. For International customers, you may return by mail. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which item(s) are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a store credit in full to use on a future purchase. Store credit never expires and is redeemable right away!

 

Helpful Tip: Beauty Luxe Hair is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Walnut Creek, CA. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, UELB will not issue store credit for your returns.
 

 

DISPUTES

It is extremely important to us that we resolve any issue that you may have with your order. For any reason you are not happy please always reach out to us first for a resolution. If you choose to file false claims with your banking institution we are responsible for getting legal authorities involved in all reporting.
